Each course of the evening’s menu has been thoughtfully and intentionally developed by our Chef de Cuisine, Chad Johnson, serving as an inspired starting point for the bar team.

Every cocktail has been crafted exclusively for their specific dish pairing, researched and developed by Proof’s own Greg Galganski, lead bartender, and Bonnie Frederickson, Angel’s Envy Single Barrel & Advocacy Coordinator.
